We were making a bivvy in our back garden. We used a hose to test if it worked. If the water didn't go through, we kept it! If it did, we started again.

Something massive I found was the view of Wellington harbour! We smelled the Easter orchids and I found some cool blue berries (dianella) that I had never seen before.

First we got a picnic blanket and laid it on the ground. We then collected sticks to make the frame of the Bivvy. After we covered it with flax and ferns to keep the warmth in.It was so cozy inside!

Aunty Nic helped us with the volcano. It was lots of fun. She helped us pour the ingredients and took photos and videos. It was awesome, and we both poured the vinegar in.

I made volcanoes with my friend Josh. We made them from playdough. My second eruption was better because it went faster, and I liked it.
