I used a plastic plate and punched holes in it. I used zip ties to get everything together. Next I glued bling beads and jewels on. Then tied it up with string. Last got some bird seed and Voila!

I used an old bowl and zip ties the electric drill and a hot glue gun! I added plenty of bling tied it up, put in some nectar and out the cat inside!!!
